1. The machine adopts PLC Programming control system. It has the function of memory and storage, with high machining precision and high automation.
2.The machine has 3 feed servo motors and 2 tool touch sensors.
3. Depending on servo motor and reducer motor transmission when is grinding, so that running balance, the speed and length can be arbitrary adjustment, easy to operation.
4. Cutting feed adopt imported servo motor to realize automatic feed, automatic complete sharpening action.
5. Worktable rotate angle adopts imported servo motor drive, the rotate angle can ±90 of the work bench,positioning accuracy, save time and effort, and has automatic locking function.
6.The machine can complete tool adjustment automatically. It can accurately identify the initial processing points, and can calculate grinding wheel consumption each time to achieve high intelligence.
7. The machine adopts double grinding head motor structure, with two different granularity of grinding wheel,the vice grinding head motor grit size can reach to 1500#.
8.With special sharpening head motor.
9.The machine table adopts Electromagnetic chuck, it has super attraction, high reliability and high precision. At the same time it has the function of delay demagnetization, easy to install knives,with high-efficiency.
